On the basis of this objective and with the purpose of to maintain us near our clients we have on the one hand offices and center of attention to the client in Madrid next to Place of Castile, communications center where the main avenues of the city come together and that it is from where the service of attention to the client at national and international level is centralized.

On the other hand, virtualpyme has a infrastructure of own network in Spain and our servants are lodged next to iber-X, main national market of telecommunications of the south of Europe which assures an excellent connectivity and redundancy to us network.

Finally to secure to our objective of excellence in the attention and service to the client we counted immediately on highly qualified technicians who are available 24h/24h and 365 days to the year to take part direct and on any problem that can arise as well as solve its technical doubts and consultations.

The electrical system of Data Center has been realized taking care of mainly four criteria: great capacity, stability, reliability and capacity of evolution. Data Center has a power supply of 2 MVA, duplicated completely when being created by two different sources, including two generators of security and system UPS (with evolution capacity). This exceptional configuration allows to offer a safe and isolated feeding 1 kW/m ². If this were not sufficient, all the network of power supply is predicted for an ascent of load equivalent to more of the double of the actual yield.
